Purpose of the Role

You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of technical solutions tailored for engineers as well as for our brand partners - KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and The Habit Burger Grill.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to plan for infrastructure, platform support, and observability needs for new market launches.
• Partner with stakeholders and other product teams to gather top-level scope and requirements.
• Capture, track, and provide status on top risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Identify key decision points for escalation and maintain decision logs.
• Communicate regular updates to stakeholders and the Yum! SRE Leadership Team.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product team. Encourage experimentation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6-10 years of Technical Product and Project Management experience.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog or similar platforms.
• Hands on experience on Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to read system diagrams and technical documents
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
