We're building something special at Tata CLiQ a next-generation customer experience that leverages the best of AI and human-centered design. As a Product Designer ll, you’ll join our forward-thinking design team and help shape the evolution of digital retail, working on industry-first projects in a dynamic, high-ownership environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end design for high-impact features from concept and flows to polished UI, working closely with product, engineering, and research.
• Create visually stunning, emotionally resonant interfaces that delight customers and drive loyalty.
• Bring fresh, creative thinking to ambiguous and rapidly evolving problem spaces help us imagine what’s next, not just what’s expected.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly use Figma and other modern tools to bring ideas to life and validate with users.
• Champion user needs and empathy your work will be grounded in research, data, and real customer stories.
• Shape the intersection of design and AI work on projects that explore how AI can be more human, helpful, and trusted.
• Stay on the pulse of AI trends bring inspiration and the latest thinking from the AI and design communities into our process.
  
  

Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of product design experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments (e-commerce, digital platforms, or similar).
• Exceptional UI and UX skills you bring clarity, structure, and emotion to every screen, and sweat the details.
• A strong, curious follower of AI you actively explore AI-powered tools, features, or communities, and are excited about the possibilities of human-AI interaction. (Direct experience designing with/for AI is a plus, not a must.)
• Creative thinker you’re energized by open-ended challenges, love brainstorming, and aren’t afraid of the unknown.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities you thrive in environments where not everything is defined.
• Empathetic and user-obsessed your design decisions always ladder up to customer needs and emotional resonance.
• Hands-on with Figma and up-to-date design systems; familiar with prototyping, motion, and micro-interactions.
• Collaborative communicator you work well with PMs, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX skills and design process across web and mobile products.
