Your Mission

We are Looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with strong experience in enterprise web & mobile apps. Collaborate with product, business, and dev teams to deliver intuitive, user-focused and engaging experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver UI mock-ups, prototypes, wireframes, and visual assets for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather design insights.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate user stories and requirements into design solutions.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Use Miro, Figma, or similar tools for design collaboration and prototyping.
• Conduct UX audits and recommend improvements for existing applications.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and compliance with design best practices and brand guidelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to align design work with development sprints.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5–6 years of experience designing UI/UX for enterprise-level web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Miro.
• Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and creating user flows.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX design work.
• Basic Frontend Development Knowledge, Exposure to specific industries like healthcare, Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes.
