Product Manager

Role:- Product Manager – Credit Cards

Location: Perth preferred, Sydney/Melbourne considered (hybrid)

Role Type:- Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit card acquisition strategies and roadmaps in line with the bank's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences and use insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits, and digital experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our credit card products remain competitive in the market.
• Strong understanding of retail banking and credit card products, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong cards product knowledge is required, experience managing banking products highly regarded (5 yrs of experience).
• Ability to think analytically and use data and insights to make decisions.
• Strong delivery experience is preferred, including managing cross-functional squads and navigating regulatory or compliance-led initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.

Exposure to scheme compliance (Visa/Mastercard), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), or platform migrations is a plus.
