We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to join our team in building an innovative digital system tailored for the oil and gas sector.

This client-facing product will showcase machine learning-based metrics and data visualizations across dynamic interfaces. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that simplify complex technical processes into intuitive and engaging digital interactions.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct SME interviews to gain insights into the domain and specific use cases
  • Conceptualize solutions and create wireframes based on defined use cases
  • Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to demonstrate user flows and interaction patterns
  • Rapidly iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and project requirements
  • Design intuitive interfaces that make ML-based metrics and data visualizations accessible and engaging
  • Provide clearly organized design assets for seamless integration with the development team
  • Establish and maintain style guides covering typography, colors, and interaction patterns for consistency
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to shape user-focused solutions
  • Ensure designs adhere to branding guidelines and usability standards
  • Support developers during implementation to maintain design quality


Requirements


  • Proven experience in UX/UI design for complex systems, preferably in technical or industrial domains, with at least 3 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications for design and prototyping
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards
  • Background in transforming technical data, especially machine learning-driven metrics, into visually compelling and actionable interfaces
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as HTML and CSS


Nice to have


  • Background in the oil and gas industry or similar technical spaces
  • Expertise in leveraging data visualization tools to present complex information effectively
  • Familiarity with building scalable design systems and UI libraries
