We are currently recruiting for an interesting UX Designer role working for a large Belgian Public Sector Client in Brussels:

Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)

Industry: Belgian Public Sector

Employment Type: Contract / Permanent

Language: Dutch and French Speaking

Function:

• As an experienced UX Designer, you design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications.
• In concrete terms, you will participate in the needs analysis and make sure you know the users and their environment in order to determine the requirements of the applications as well as possible.
• You determine and plan research methods and participate in the recruitment of participants to collect the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests, etc.).
• You propose the most suitable solution and design the low and high fidelity interfaces (mobile first prototyping).
• You will assist analysts and developers in the design of user interfaces and ensure that the application developed meets the requirements of users and their environment.
• You ensure that the graphic design of the applications complies with accessibility standards.
• You update the Design system.
• You will contribute to the design of services (Service Design) by proposing user-oriented solutions. To achieve this, you follow the iterative and laboratory creation process.
• Throughout the projects, you maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team.
