Description:

• Client is looking for a team lead/delivery coach for the Media Delivery and Cloud Platform teams.
• You will be part of Client's Digital Products department, where Client's public digital products are developed.
• Are you eager to contribute to increasing the success of these public digital products together with the entire team? Then we'd love to speak with you! With demonstrable experience as a scrum master, agile coach, or delivery lead in a product team, you are able to adopt an agile and lean mindset and convey it to the organization and stakeholders. You are deeply familiar with this field and know how to put it into practice. Within a vibrant department consisting of multiple teams including product owners, developers, designers, and fellow team leads, you will work together to achieve our goals.

What do we expect from you?

• Delivery coach with an agile mindset.
• As team lead of the Cloud Platform and Media Delivery teams, you will ensure that these two technical backbone teams can take full ownership of the platform and media services they develop and manage.

You'll lead two crucial enablement teams that ensure:

• Our developers can develop, deploy, and monitor autonomously, securely, and efficiently on AWS;
• Our media content (video, audio, images) is available smoothly, enriched, and performantly to our end users via CDNs and APIs;
• You'll focus on the entire delivery chain, not from the perspective of an end product, but from the perspective of robust and scalable infrastructure and services on which those end products can flourish.
• DevOps, Agile, and customer-centric thinking aren't buzzwords for you, but practical and targeted ways to structure complex technical collaborations. You understand that your "customers" are often internal product teams and ensure that your teams respond smoothly and proactively to their needs.
• With your experience, you know how to guide, motivate, and bring together highly qualified technical profiles such as platform engineers, devops engineers, and API specialists into a close-knit team. You'll create an environment where ownership, quality, simplicity, and reliability are central. You'll help the team grow through coaching, clear feedback, and leveraging everyone's strengths.
• You understand the design and development cycle of digital platforms and services: from CI/CD to monitoring, from API design to media delivery chains. You identify problems early and proactively address them together with your team.
• Thanks to your experience with agile facilitation techniques and team dynamics, you build bridges between teams and stakeholders. You exude calmness and a solution-oriented approach, and work transparently and in a structured manner.
