The GSC HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in a specific location. This role serves as a consultant to management on human resource related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The GSC HRBP will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Employee Relations Manager to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

The GSC HRBP will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Employee Relations Manager to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities
- KPI & Analytics: Define, track, and report on HR KPIs using data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and local leadership.
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end blue collar recruitment and support white collar hiring, including job descriptions and candidate selection.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with documentation and systems.
- Performance Management: Support goal setting, reviews, and evaluations; coach managers and employees to enhance performance and development.
- Talent Management: Lead local talent reviews and calibration meetings, helping managers identify and retain top talent.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs, organize sessions, and ensure compliance with employment law changes.
- Engagement & Morale: Analyze survey results, implement action plans, and organize initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Change Management: Guide and support managers and employees through organizational changes.
- Time & Attendance / Payroll: Validate timekeeping data and coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate submissions when not covered by SBS.
- Coordination & Communication: Act as a bridge between local sites and central HR, supporting HR events and responding to employee inquiries.
- Employer Branding: Represent company values locally, support branding campaigns, and participate in job fairs and community events.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and knowledge of HR best practices.
- Microsoft tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting, PowerPoint, and Word, for various business applications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the Senior HR Manager and Employee Relations Manager.
- Customer focus: Provides high-quality HR services that meet the needs of the business.
