Your Impact

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of UX strategy and execution across a suite of digital products, helping shape intuitive and consistent user experiences that drive business impact.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define design direction, establish scalable design systems, and elevate product design practices across the portfolio. You will lead efforts to improve design consistency, mentor other designers, and advocate for user-centered approaches throughout the product lifecycle. You will also contribute to the evolution of design standards and help embed design thinking across teams.

Your work will help ensure that our digital transformation initiatives deliver meaningful, high-quality experiences that meet user needs and align with strategic goals—making the work of our colleagues faster, easier, and more effective. You will also play a key role in mentoring and coaching junior designers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and design excellence across the team.

You will be based in Lisbon or Berlin as part of our VG&Media function, contributing to a global digital transformation program that is redefining how we deliver a technology-enabled service.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors or masters in interaction design, cognitive science, HCI or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience designing for digital products and services; familiarity with an enterprise setting and agile operating models is a plus
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills, including use of a diverse set of tools, e.g. Figma , Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating experience delivering personas, user journeys, concepts, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and other artifacts enabling design and delivery of digital products and services that are currently live or have been taken to market
  • Ability to design and conduct user testing and concept validation - i.e. identify potential solution options for a stated user need and design experiments that help elicit the most viable solution for users
  • Ability to diagnose challenges and opportunities through evidence-based investigation and mixed methods research, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Proven ability to coach, train, and lead others-helping them develop new skills, adopt human-centered design approaches, and deliver high-quality work that shapes strategic direction across an integrated portfolio
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder groups and influence others
  • Experience with collaborating and actively participating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes within tight deadlines
