IT Risk Governance (m/w/d)

Selby Jennings is currently working with a Tier-1 investment banking group in Frankfurt for a search on an IT Risk Governance role.

They're looking to expand their IT Risk and Governance team, and your role will focus on supporting regulatory engagements and obligations.

Main responsibilities:

• Implement regulatory frameworks like DORA within the bank's governance structure.
• Enhance and automate regulatory reporting, including KPIs and KRIs.
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, and submissions.
• Collaborate across Engineering and risk management teams (2nd and 3rd lines of defense).
• Ensure alignment with local regulations and firmwide standards.

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Business Administration or similarly related fields.
• Strong grasp of risk management frameworks and InfoSec controls.
• Familiarity with financial sector regulations (e.g., DORA, EBA ICT Guidelines, MaRisk).
• Fluent in English (min. C1), ideally also German.
