At RALCO.io, we’re on a mission to modernize the construction industry in the USA—starting with NYC and scaling nationwide in 2026. The tools contractors use today are often outdated, inefficient, and frustrating. We’re changing that by building a simple, intuitive platform that solves real-world problems.

We’re a bootstrapped startup with deep roots in both software sales and NYC construction, and we already have customers lined up. Now we’re looking for our first full-time technical hire—someone who wants to be more than “just another developer.”

This is your chance to be the technical product leader at a growing startup. You’ll shape the roadmap, build features customers love, and have a real stake in the company’s success. Your work won’t get lost in a giant org chart—it will directly impact how contractors run their businesses.

• Own the product roadmap and work hand-in-hand with the founders.
• Bridge business vision + customer needs into great technical execution.
• Guide our outsourced dev partners and set technical standards.
• Be hands-on with Next.js, PostgreSQL, React Native—shipping features that matter.
• Champion UI/UX so our product is simple, elegant, and delightful to use.
• Lay the foundations for scale—from testing to deployment best practices.

• 3–5 years building and shipping web apps.
• Strong with Next.js + modern TypeScript/JavaScript. PostgreSQL & React Native = big plus.
• Obsessed with great design and usability.
• Product-minded: you think about why to build, not just how.
• A pragmatic builder: know when to ship fast and when to scale.
• Hungry, resourceful, and energized by startup ambiguity.
