Technical Program Manager, Front-End Planning and Pre-Construction

As a part of the Front-End Planning and Pre-construction team for self-developed hyperscale data centers, you’ll help ensure every project is execution-ready from day one. You will contribute to thorough technical due diligence, support early intake assessments, and help shape project plans aligned with business needs. Working cross-functionally, you will play a key role in driving campus planning, permitting, design readiness, and site preparation laying the groundwork for scalable, high-quality project delivery through the construction funding milestone.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in the design-build environment for mission critical facilities (e.g., data centers, pharma, industrial).
- Experience in the pre-construction industry, including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of data center design/construction.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related commercial or technical field.
- Professional qualification in cost, risk and contract management.
- Experience working towards Chartered/Professional status within a recognized professional institution.
- Experience working towards formal leadership and management certification within a recognized professional body.
- Ability to communicate in English at business level.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Manage project-specific early stage program management in line with established project guardrails.
- Manage architects, engineers, project controls, vendors, and contractors.
- Provide technical and planning inputs for configuration decisions on sites and support the energy and location strategy team with technical constructability reviews.
- Lead as the principal data center delivery team contact for supply planning and associated issues.
- Lead the process for securing funding and obtaining approvals through stage gate process and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
