Project Manager

Insight Global is recruiting for multiple Project Managers in Chester and Dublin to support a large transformation and change management portfolio for a leading bank client starting in 2026. These will be long-term contract opportunities and are open to intermediate to senior-level candidates with 2-10+ years of experience.

Candidates will be responsible for driving a diverse portfolio of strategic, discretionary, and mandated change initiatives. The role involves partnering with business and support teams to deliver improvements in client experience, efficiency, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance.

Depending on the project, responsibilities may span from full lifecycle management to specific phases like business case development or user testing, with close collaboration across Operations, Front Office, Technology, and other key stakeholders.

Must-haves:

• Project management experience in Financial Services, especially Investment Banking
• Previous global markets / regulatory projects background advantageous
• Knowledge of sales/trading and post trade processing
• Knowledge of structured project management methods such as PRINCE2 or Microsoft Solutions Framework.
• Competent with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
• Educated to degree level
