Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Tech Transfer Project Manager to coordinate the successful transfer and introduction of a new 4-step NPI manufacturing project within an API facility. This is a full-time position, where you’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless execution from project initiation to completion.

This role is ideal for an experienced pharmaceutical industry project manager with a strong understanding of GMP procedures, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in lead project management roles within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in project management processes and methodologies
• Understanding of GMP procedures and practices
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex project activities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Desirable Requirements:

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience with API manufacturing processes
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining project quality and timelines
