Lead Test Engineer

We are looking for a Lead test engineer to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division who is capable to lead a small team of 2-4 people, be also hands on in testing and plan the testing capacity for his project.

This is an ideal position for a motivated Lead Test Engineer who is ready to face new challenges in a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Develop and maintain automation tests.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results.
• Identifying and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure throughout quality of the end-to-end functional process.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of managing a team of 2-4 subordinates.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate test teams (manual and/or automation).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
• 2+ years of experience in test automation (preferably Selenium, Appium).
• Manage and be hands on in case design creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of any OOP language.
• Experience and knowledge in using Git and in CI/CD.
• Experience in API testing.
• Practical knowledge and experience with quality assurance methodologies and software development methodologies.
• Team player with good analytical and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of English language as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.

What will be considered an advantage:

• Experience with Docker containers.
• Experience in performance testing.

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the monthly salary range is up to 3,800 EUR gross depending on your skills and experience.
