Baltic IT Project Manager

Tele2 is now looking for a new colleague to join the team as a Baltic IT Project Manager.

Responsible for the successful delivery of IT projects across the Baltic region. Drive efficient execution within defined programme roadmaps, translating strategic goals into implemented solutions that are fully adopted. Ensure that each initiative achieves its intended impact and is handed over for sustainable long-term operation.

This role is meant for You if You have:

• higher education in Business Administration, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field;
• 5+ years of proven experience in IT or telecommunications, focusing on project management, business analysis, or similar strategic roles;
• a strong track record of leading complex IT/telecom projects to successful outcomes;
• an ambitious, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  
  
  
  

Your main tasks will be:

• lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT initiatives, from feasibility assessment to successful closure;
• define programme scope, priorities, and resourcing in alignment with business objectives;
• provide strategic direction, oversee risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders and the Steering Committee;
• evaluate and recommend optimal technical and business solutions to support development strategies and project enhancements;
• build strong internal and vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
  
  
  
  

Salary:


LV: from 3800 euro (gross)


LT: 3500 – 4700 euro (gross)


EE: 3700 euro (gross)
