Sales Project Manager

FinoMark, our subsidiary company, is growing – we are looking for a Sales Project Manager to join our team.

FinoMark is a dynamic crowdfunding platform that operates on a fundraising and investment model designed to modernize the financing process, providing more efficient and value-added solutions to our end-users.

Job description:

• Client and partner acquisition: Proactively search for potential business clients and partners to expand the FinoMark customer base while nurturing existing relationships.
• Client needs identification: Focus on identifying client needs and developing solutions in collaboration with our team.
• Project management: Oversee the entire business loan process from initiation to completion, including the analysis and evaluation of loan applications and ensuring efficient project execution.
• Fintech product analysis: Participate in the analysis of Fintech financial products and contribute to the development of products that meet our clients needs.

What we expect from you:

• Sales experience: At least 1+ years of sales experience in the financial sector.
• Sales skills: Pride in your sales achievements and methodologies working with business clients.
• Negotiation skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Teamwork: A strong commitment to teamwork, achieving common goals, and meeting set objectives.
• Financial expertise: Experience in business valuation and financing.
• Russian language: Ability to speak Russian is considered a plus.

Salary:

Starts from 3300 €/mon. gross plus bonuses.
