Join us as a Project Manager in Lithuania!

You will:

• Lead projects from discovery through design, development, and implementation, ensuring a seamless client and team experience;
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to define needs, explore ideas, and shape innovative concepts;
• Collaborate with designers, developers, strategists, and other specialists to deliver high-quality, holistic solutions;
• Oversee project progress, timelines, budgets, and resources;
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and ensure strong client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ proven experience managing projects in creative, digital, or agency environments;
• A track record of leading projects through all stages — from analysis and ideation to final delivery;
• Ability to balance creative ambition with structured delivery;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills;
• Fluency in English;
• German proficiency is a strong plus.

The salary grid for this position is 3800-4800 EUR gross and depends on the candidate's experience and the results of the interviewing process.
