Senior Developer - OutSystems

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Technical Lead to drive several high-impact strategic projects, from digital transformation initiatives to energy optimization and automation platforms. You will combine hands-on expertise with leadership skills to guide development teams, ensure technical excellence, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Your mission

• Lead the design and development of a comparison tool for internet and communication services, enabling end users to filter offers by pricing, service quality, and accessibility
• Automate business processes with Blue Prism RPA, integrated with Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system
• Modernize an energy optimization suite by transitioning from monolithic systems to a Service-Oriented Architecture using REST APIs, NuGet packages, and automated testing
• Implement an energy nomination platform (PICASSO), leveraging Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and RabbitMQ for real-time data flows
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring, ensuring code quality, application performance, and agile best practices (SCRUM)

Your skills

• Proven expertise in OutSystems with a track record of leading projects
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: .NET (4.x and 6.x), Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Entity Framework, SQL Server
• Experience with SOA, REST APIs, NuGet integration, and automated testing frameworks
• Familiarity with RPA tools (Blue Prism) and core banking systems (Temenos T24) is a plus
• Fluent in French (mandatory) with solid technical English for documentation and international collaboration
