Skillset: Senior UX Designer
Must-Have:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role (8+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills.
