Project Coordinator

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing logistics and test sample operations, including handling device shipments, tracking inventory, supporting software upgrades, and maintaining dashboards. The role also requires coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and forecast demand for test samples.
• Manage inventory of pre-production/test devices.
• Handle logistics and shipments of test devices to stakeholders.
• Create purchase requisitions for new samples/materials.
• Maintain and update dashboards using LookerStudio or PLX.
• Support documentation, bug reporting, and team coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on packaging reviews and compliance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in data analysis & dashboard management (LookerStudio or PLX).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal/external coordination.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of wireless technologies (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5G).
• Experience with Mobile OEM/ODM environment.
