Are you a client-focused HR professional? Department of Justice are seeking a dedicated human resource practitioner to join our small business partnering team. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional human resource and employee relations services. You'll work closely with leaders across the department's diverse business landscape, influencing the best HR practices. Your expertise will span a broad spectrum of workforce matters, elevating your HR knowledge and skills to new heights.
As Senior HR Business Partner, you'll become an integral part of our collaborative business partnering team. Your role involves coaching, educating, and providing valuable insights to managers and business support officers. You'll be the go-to expert for a wide spectrum of HR, employee, and workplace relations issues, encompassing performance management, grievance resolution, policy implementation, and the intricate web of legislative frameworks.

Reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner, we're united by our dedication to supporting and elevating one another. This shared purpose ensures that we provide the best possible services and advice, contributing to the growth and positive change within DoJ.

This is a temporary opportunity until 30 June 2025 with possible extension.
