We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our forward-thinking IT team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation by driving thoughtful, efficient, and sustainable changes across our business processes.

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in diagnosing complex business issues, streamlining systems, and optimising workflows. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will map existing processes, analyse data flows, and identify inefficiencies. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in reducing duplication, enhancing integration, and ensuring alignment with our broader strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current workflows, data flows, and systems to pinpoint gaps and potential enhancements.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to senior leadership, to gain a nuanced understanding of business challenges.
• Devise and document sophisticated, well-considered process improvements aligned with organisational priorities.
• Evaluate and advise on software or vendor solutions to ensure compatibility with our long-term objectives.
• Lead change management activities, including training, user adoption, and documentation, to ensure smooth transitions and sustained success.
  
  

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, demonstrating a proven ability to drive impactful process improvements.
• Proficient in process mapping, ERP systems, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a strong understanding of data and business intelligence tools.
• Exceptional analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with HR, Finance, HSEQ, Payroll, or the construction industry is advantageous.
