About The Internship

Join Allianz for an exciting 6-month internship designed for enthusiastic individuals eager to delve into the world of cybersecurity. As part of our innovative team, you will collaborate with Cybersecurity Experts and Incident Responders, contributing to a range of security initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore cybersecurity's dynamic landscape, focusing on threat detection and response

What You Do

• Assist in designing and implementing detection mechanisms and security controls.
• Support the team in automating security processes and enhancing security measures.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of security monitoring use cases.
• Engage in threat hunting activities to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align on security demands and present findings.
• Gain exposure to various cybersecurity tools and technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes based on lessons learned from security incidents.
• Work with a global team to share insights and collaborate on security initiatives
  
  

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Interest in learning about cybersecurity platforms and technologies.
• Strong motivation and eagerness to learn from experienced professionals.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in problem-solving and security challenges.
• Curiosity and autonomy in exploring new security trends.
• (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI
