Data Analyst

Description

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. The role involves close collaboration with business teams and clients to define KPIs, identify operational challenges, and explore opportunities for digital solutions. The insights generated will support product decisions, measure outcomes, and validate strategic initiatives across the organization and client base.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into datasets and analytical models
• Conduct use-case-driven analysis to support decision-making and product development
• Provide analytical support and improvements for existing client and internal solutions
• Define KPIs and create performance tracking tools in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI using curated Databricks Delta tables
• Identify trends and root causes in supply chain, customer operations, and commercial data
• Support data modeling and enrichment in partnership with engineers and scientists

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in logistics, pharma, or supply chain
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
• Ability to navigate large datasets and perform complex joins
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Azure; Databricks is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and high attention to data quality
• Fluent in English; French, German, or Spanish are a plus

• Location: Remote (occasional travel, 2 times/year to Paris or Eindhoven)
