We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst 100% to join our Team in Zürich. In this key role within our commercial team, you will be at the forefront of driving performance through insightful sales and business reporting, planning, and monitoring. You will work closely with a diverse group of internal stakeholders at DACH regional level, —including Key Account Managers, District Managers, Retail, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain—as well as external partners. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst 100% to join our Team in Zürich. In this key role within our commercial team, you will be at the forefront of driving performance through insightful sales and business reporting, planning, and monitoring. You will work closely with a diverse group of internal stakeholders at DACH regional level, —including Key Account Managers, District Managers, Retail, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain—as well as external partners. Your work will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decisions and aligning strategies across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Analytics Ownership: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools to plan, report and monitor key business metrics such as sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and retail performance across the brand and retailer portfolio.
- Turnover Planning & Monitoring: Prepare and maintain sales estimation files, actively participate in multifunctional meetings to present current business status and support turnover planning and ensure alignment with commercial targets.
- Bonus, Contract and Pricing Administration: Coordinate and manage Retailer bonus pay-outs, contract-related processes and pricing processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Insight Generation & Team Support: Translate complex data into actionable commercial insights to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions. Support on ad-hoc requests and technical upskilling needs from business.
- Project Involvement: Contribute to cross-functional projects, with opportunities to lead initiatives across the DACH region.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar sales or business analyst role in an international work environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; solid experience with Power BI, SAP BI, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
- Highly organized, autonomous, flexible, and detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
