Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst with strong experience in Tableau, SQL, and data analytics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building insightful dashboards, and delivering actionable business intelligence to key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and other BI tools
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic business decisions
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions
  • Perform gap analysis between legacy systems and new data platforms to ensure reporting continuity
  • Validate and reconcile data across different sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Communicate complex findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner through reports, visualizations, and presentations
  • Assist in defining and documenting data definitions, business rules, and report specifications
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business units to support data initiatives


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation
  • Proficient in using Tableau for building dashboards, data storytelling, and visualizations
  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView, Looker) is a plus
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data governance is desirable


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (optional but beneficial)
  • Exposure to Agile development practices
  • Understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance tracking in a business context
