*** Data Analyst - Hybrid in Stockholm - Initial 12 Month Contract - Leading Organisation ***
We are seeking a Data Analyst t to support Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives. In this role, you’ll bridge Marketing, Finance, Media, and technical teams—turning business needs into actionable analytical use cases and ensuring insights drive smarter decisions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic business needs into data & analytics use cases
- Support data collection/validation across GA4, DV360, SA360, Meta, CRM, Ecommerce, GFK
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers & visualization experts to shape solutions
- Interpret MMM outputs to guide budget planning, media mix optimization & ROI tracking
- Drive adoption through training, documentation & change management
🔹 About You
- Fluent in both business strategy & data/technical logic
- Skilled at working across business and technical functions
- Comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments
- Curious, structured & proactive in solving business challenges with data
🔹 Requirements
- 8+ years in data analytics, marketing/finance performance, or business analysis
- Strong understanding of marketing & commercial data (sales, media, ROI)
- Experience with MMM outputs and insights
- Familiarity with SQL, Python or Databricks (debugging level)
- Power BI experience (dashboards & insights)
- Fluent in English, written & verbal
Nice-to-have: media planning/buying background, ROMI forecasting knowledge, or MMM econometric modeling experience.
