Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for CLM and onboarding solutions, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on industry trends, client needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion intelligent document processing (IDP) capabilities to automate data extraction, validation, and ingestion workflows.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to design scalable data structures and models to support onboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Partner with compliance, operations, and risk teams to ensure onboarding flows meet evolving regulatory and operational needs.
• Analyze user feedback, market data, and usage metrics to inform continuous product improvement.
• Act as the voice of the client within the product team, advocating for seamless, efficient, and user-friendly onboarding experiences.
