We are seeking a proactive and skilled Security Team Lead to join our team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with security policies and external regulations;
• Act as the primary point of contact for security-related issues and incidents;
• Develop, implement, and update security protocols to address emerging risks;
• Oversee technical security projects, including system installations and upgrades;
• Work with internal teams to identify and mitigate technical vulnerabilities;
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements;
• Manage and support a team of 3–9 physical security personnel across locations;
• Coordinate team schedules, training, and performance evaluations;
• Foster a culture of accountability, vigilance, and collaboration within the team.
  
  

Qualifications

Essential professional experience:

• Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian or English;
• Fluency in (local language according to the location);
• Proven experience in security management or a related leadership role;
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Knowledge of physical and technical security systems and best practices.
