Inhouse Consultant - AI Automation

Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with RPA and test automation teams to integrate AI into existing automation solutions (e.g., data extraction, document classification, pattern recognition and decision automation).
• Develop, train, and fine-tune AI models for document processing, predictive analytics, automated decision-making, and other business automation needs.
• Maintain and optimize existing AI models and monitor their performance.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Create technical documentation and training materials for end users.
• Train staff on software products created by ‘Smart Automation Service’.
• Participate in research and development projects related to emerging AI technologies.
  
  

Professional Competencies

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g.: LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred), R, or .NET.
• Proven experience building and deploying ML models across NLP, computer vision and predictive analytics, with expertise on LLM integration and production MLOps.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and data processing tools (e.g.: Pandas, Polars, NumPy, SQL).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and Agile methodologies.Good use of English as standard working language in written and spoken.
• Experience integrating AI with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath AI Center) is a plus
