Key Responsibilities

Listing Operations System Development

• Lead the end-to-end technical development of the cryptocurrency exchange listing lifecycle, including project onboarding, asset review, blockchain integration, and fund reconciliation.

High-Concurrency Architecture

• Design and optimize large-scale event systems (e.g., IEO, airdrops, token sales, public offerings) with high-concurrency “flash sale” mechanisms.
• Solve critical issues such as overselling prevention, anti-bot protection, and distributed transaction consistency.
• Lead system capacity planning, end-to-end stress testing, and failover design to ensure system stability under million-level QPS.

Team & Technical Management

• Manage a 10–20 person engineering team, including task breakdown, code review, technical roadmap planning, and talent development.
• Establish technical standards and quality assurance systems, covering CI/CD, monitoring & alerting, and emergency response plans.

Required Technical Skills

Tech Stack Expertise

• Proficiency in Java 8+ / Spring Cloud / Alibaba ecosystem (Nacos, Sentinel, Seata).
• Strong experience with high-concurrency architecture: Redis clusters, MQ (Kafka/RocketMQ), database sharding (ShardingSphere), local caching (Caffeine).
• Distributed transaction management: TCC, Saga, and message-based eventual consistency.
• JVM tuning, GC troubleshooting, and Linux system-level diagnostics (Arthas, tcpdump).

System Reliability & Stability

• Expertise in full-link stress testing (traffic replay, shadow databases), rate limiting & circuit breaking (Hystrix, Sentinel), and disaster recovery with multi-active architecture.
• Proven experience handling P0-level production incidents and designing systemic prevention mechanisms.

Blockchain Integration

• Familiar with mainstream blockchain node RPC interactions (UTXO/Account models) and blockchain explorer API integrations.
• Experience designing wallet hot-cold separation architectures, fund consolidation solutions, or on-chain event listening systems.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Familiarity with exchange listing processes, market maker API integration, and order book mechanisms.
• Understanding of DeFi protocols (DEX, lending) or cross-chain bridge architectures.
• Experience in large-scale marketing event system design (e.g., Binance Launchpad model).
• Knowledge of mempool transaction pools, gas optimization, and smart contract security.
• Strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.

Expected Track Record:

• End-to-end design and delivery of systems supporting 1M+ DAU.
• Successfully led at least one 10k+ TPS high-concurrency system from 0–1.
• Strong technical risk assessment and resilience under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, operations, and marketing teams.
