UI/UX Designer – Creative Agency (UAE)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join a fast-growing creative agency in the UAE. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences, blending creative design with user-centered thinking. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to design intuitive, visually engaging, and high-performing digital products across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to understand business objectives and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate brand identity and creative concepts into functional digital experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Ensure design consistency across platforms while pushing creativity within brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design tools, and digital best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design rationale.
• Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with developers (knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus).
• Familiarity with motion design, interaction design, or design systems.
• Understanding of analytics and how to translate insights into design improvements.
