About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join a prominent organization based in Hull on a contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a talented developer to contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's core systems, developing new features, and maintaining existing applications. The position is fully remote, providing flexibility and the convenience of working from anywhere within the UK. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proven experience in PHP development. Essential qualifications include proficiency in PHP, AzureDevOps, MySQL, and version control systems such as Github. A good understanding of front-end technologies, specifically React and JavaScript, is also required. Candidates should demonstrate extensive knowledge of software engineering best practices, including writing clean, scalable, and testable code. Prior experience working in agile environments and familiarity with cloud-based platforms will be advantageous. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent practical experience is demonstrated.

Responsibilities

Benefits

This contract offers a competitive day rate of up to 400.00 outside IR35, reflecting the level of expertise required.
