Your role
Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Monitor product performance and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with journey strategists to ensure seamless integration of product features into end-to-end client journeys.
  
  

Your team
As a Product Manager within the GWM AI BaC team, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products that enhance client onboarding and servicing journeys. You will work closely with journey strategists, UX designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and client-centric solutions.

Your expertise
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a product manager or product owner in financial services or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and digital onboarding is a plus.
• Wealth Management / Private Banking knowledge or experience (especially on life-cycle management topics).
• AI experience or at least high interest and motivation to learn and shape the future of AI agentic redesign of processes.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering concepts and tools, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Experience in Python for data analysis, automation, and integration with AI/ML workflows.
