Job Summary

Were looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Web3 projects, bridging technical execution with strategic alignment. Youll work closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high impact.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the full lifecycle of Web3 technical projects: requirements gathering, planning, execution, launch, and acceptance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Leverage your technical background to effectively communicate with developers and validate feasibility of solutions.
• Support solution design, technical assessments, and process optimization.
  
  
  

Progress & Risk Control

• Build and maintain detailed project timelines, proactively identifying risks and removing blockers.
• Deliver clear project updates and resource reports to stakeholders.
  
  
  

International Collaboration

• Coordinate with distributed teams and external partners across multiple time zones.
• Host meetings, prepare documentation, and manage communication in fluent English.
  
  
  

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on software development experience.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust).
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence.
