We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-level network infrastructure in a high-tech manufacturing / smart factory environment. This role is hands-on and project-driven, focusing on both traditional IT networking and integration with OT/IoT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Network Design & Implementation – Deploy and manage Cisco-based wired, wireless, and VPN networks; configure VLANs, firewalls, and security controls.
Operations & Troubleshooting – Monitor performance, resolve complex issues, perform firmware/security updates, and ensure high uptime.
Cybersecurity & Compliance – Implement network security best practices, firewalls, NAC, VPN solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443).
IoT & OT Integration – Support connectivity for SCADA, PLCs, and IoT devices in a smart factory setup.
Project Execution – Lead network-related projects such as new site setups; coordinate vendors and document designs/configurations.
Collaboration & Support – Work with cross-functional IT/OT teams, provide escalation support, and guide junior engineers when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
5–7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience, ideally in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
Excellent expertise in:

Cisco networking (Switches, Routers, VLANs, VSS)
Firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto)
NAC, VPN, wireless controllers, access points
Familiarity with IoT/Industry 4.0 protocols and IT–OT integration.
Network certifications (CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent).
Good troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
