Program Manager (Contract)

Summary:

This role is essential in supporting the executive staff of Microsoft Global SMB by driving key business management, executive communications, and event initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership to ensure operational excellence and impactful outreach across both internal and external platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with various stakeholders while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage quarterly awards programs and recognition initiatives.
• Own and maintain the Rhythm of Business (ROB) calendar.
• Oversee alias management and distribution lists in partnership with executive staff.
• Regularly update the GSMB Hub and team SharePoint sites with relevant content and resources.
• Support SME&C and GSMB culture initiatives and contests that foster team engagement and alignment.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Programs to execute strategic communications plans.
• Create, draft, and revise content for internal and external social media platforms.
• Support video editing, event coordination, and amplification campaigns across the leadership team.
• Coordinate and support quarterly townhalls, leadership panels, and partner-facing events.
• Assist with logistics, content development, and post-event amplification across leadership channels.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in business management, operations, marketing, or communications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage programs effectively.
• Strong content creation skills for various communication platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SharePoint editing is a plus.

• Location: Remote
• Duration:10 Months
• Pay Range: $34 - $38.50 per hour
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
