Senior ML Engineer

We are building LLM-powered services for CNC Code Generation, applying advanced AI/ML technologies to enable automation and optimization in industrial processes.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the RAG process, create and train Agents; participate in foundation model training and fine-tuning
Develop pipelines for data manipulation, LLM verification, and evaluation
Design and implement APIs for communication between different application services (data retrieval, evaluation, 3rd party applications for CNC/g-code generation)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Python code, APIs, libraries, and web applications (DB connectivity, authentication, etc.)
Use Docker to build images and manage containers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions
Document technical designs and maintain engineering standards

Requirements

Deep hands-on expertise in designing and implementing complex LLM applications, including multimodal, RAG, and agent-based systems
Expert-level Python programming skills with focus on working with CAD libraries (e.g., pythonOCC), and building APIs (REST, FastAPI)
Expert-level debugging and troubleshooting skills for Python, APIs, and web applications
Competent SQL skills and experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL
Competent knowledge of big data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kafka, or Dask)
Basic understanding of distributed computing and storage systems principles
Competent knowledge and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (containerization, deployment, scaling, operation)
Experience using AWS for ML training
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Rio)
MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
