Are you ready to join HR Team? Do you like unique challenges and experiences? Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Total Rewards Team.

With you we will

  • implement of Total Rewards Policies and strategies through analysis of external market and with alignment of Corporate HR Guidance
  • perform tasks related to budgeting process of personnel costs
  • prepare data and calculate bonuses and other payments provided by Company to employees
  • cooperate with our partners for insurance and other providers to ensure Total Rewards package
  • prepare and analyze personnel KPIs
  • support of the Company’s projects aimed at the development and implementation of motivational systems for employees

You are

  • A professional with University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/Management
  • Person with project management capabilities
  • Skilled in Excel expert level and experienced in Power BI
  • Person with good analytical skills and attention to details, good planning, organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to work effectively in a complex (matrix) environment and follow deadlines
  • Advanced English level (spoken & written)
