Machine Learning Engineer

Airtel Digital Limited is seeking Data Scientists / Machine Learning Engineers at various levels to join the AI team, who can help develop scalable ML systems powering the core features of our apps Wynk Music and XStream among others. The AI team at Airtel Digital is working on the next level features to make an enriching and compelling experience for our large and growing user base.

We are a team with a strong focus on creating business value at a fast pace. At the same time, we focus on long term projects to create research output.

Experience: 2-4.5 years

Some of the use cases which the AI team is working on are Personalization and Recommendation, ML powered search, Search Ranking, Audio Spectrogram Analysis, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Anomaly Detection, Growth Modeling (Churn/Retention) among others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end life cycle of building data pipelines and machine learning applications, from gathering requirements, planning, and design to model training and production deployment
• Development of scalable machine learning models to analyze and optimize relevant information from large amounts of data to help drive business decisions
• Individual end -to-end ownership of ML products, pipelines and related metrics
• Closely collaborate with Tech stakeholders not limited to Search & Discovery pods, Data Engineering, Product and other business teams

Skill set:

● 2+ years of Proven experience of deploying models in a production environment in Deep Learning, NLP and Traditional ML using frameworks like Flask

● Expertise in software programming on Python, debugging, design skills and experience in managing production system environments and version control.
