Contract

Are you a UX/UI designer who knows how to make eCommerce websites not just look beautiful – but convert?

Factor is looking for an Australian-based freelance designer with proven experience creating high-performing eCommerce websites and landing pages for 8–9 figure brands.

We’re not interested in “pretty but pointless” designs. We want someone who understands that great UX/UI means higher conversion rates, more revenue, and real business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high-converting eCommerce websites that are both visually stunning and performance-driven
  • Create conversion-focused landing pages optimised for paid social traffic
  • Develop clean, structured Figma files ready for handoff to our Replo developers
  • Collaborate with our growth and creative teams to ensure every design supports performance goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience designing for eCommerce brands (agency or in-house)
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates conversion-focused UX/UI (not just visuals)
  • Expert-level Figma skills and ability to deliver production-ready designs
  • Experience working with developers (bonus if you’ve worked with Replo handoffs)
  • Someone who understands speed, iteration, and the demands of fast-scaling brands

Why Work With Us

Factor partners with some of the fastest-growing 8–9 figure eCommerce brands. We’re known for bold creative, rigorous strategy, and designs that directly drive profitable growth.

This is a flexible freelance role – you’ll have autonomy in how you work, provided you deliver exceptional results on time.
