Program Manager

TheDriveGroup have been engaged to assist a household Australian brand in their search for a Program Manager to lead a greenfield finance transformation. The business are in the selection process currently and would love the person to be part of selecting the vendor. This will be a complex transformation from old legacy and will will be driven across multiple departments. The role will be 18-24 months initially. To be successful you must have:

• 8+ years’ experience in IT/business change/project delivery at a strategic level in large corporates.
• 7+ years’ experience managing complex, multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering at least one EPM solution; experience across multiple platforms preferred.
• Onestream and Anaplan desirable
• Experience in both technology rollout and process re-engineering.
• Proven ability to build and lead integrated, cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement, influencing, and decision-making capabilities.
• Hands-on, structured problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly in critical situations.

This role will be part of a bigger transformation spanning over 5 years. This will be a quick interview process with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
