Hybrid (3 onsite, 2 remote) – Pilar or Puerto Madero Office

Responsibilities

  • Build tools, documentation, and processes to support “self-serve” for other business units that will consume our services.
  • Define SLA/SLOs for the services, manage code deployments, fixes and software updates, building GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines, and automate our operational processes as needed.
  • Rapid response to security monitoring infrastructure outages or degradation of service.
  • Troubleshoot network, hardware, operating system issues/bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Understanding of fundamental network technologies like DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, SQL, HTTP.
  • Knowledge of cloud security and best practices.
  • Network devices configuration management (Switches, Firewalls, Routers, VPC, ELB, Route53, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Unix, bash scripting, process management, file systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, EC2, SQS).
  • Experience in building GitOps CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
  • Growth mindset, problem-solving attitude, and strong ownership.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with web server configuration (Nginx, Tomcat, Apache).
  • Experience in GCP and/or Azure.
  • Programming languages: Java, C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, Go.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
  • Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
