We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sr. Creative Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing creative and innovative projects from conception to completion while building a strong and sustainable relationship with the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of creative and communications projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, and alignment with scope and budget. Projects may include internal communications, website content, newsletters, sales collateral, and more.
• Monitor project progress, flag potential risks early, and implement effective solutions to address challenges and keep initiatives on track.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand overall client goals and define how communications and resources can be leveraged to support those objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, strategists, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals and execution plans.
• Maintain optimal communication with internal teams, with a strong focus on streamlining, providing visibility into strategic projects and improving workflows and processes.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, making adjustments as needed to accommodate shifting priorities.
• Identify opportunities for account or project growth and improvement, proposing strategic initiatives that add value.
• Lead retrospective sessions to review outcomes, gather insights, and report results clearly, concisely, and holistically.

Qualifications and Skills:

Are you a highly organized and analytical with a passion for creative projects? With 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a creative agency, and Bilingual English, you'll thrive in this role.

You'll need strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Experience with Google Drive and familiarity with Slack, are a plus.
