In order to support the growth, we are currently looking for a HR IS & Data Specialist to join our HR Team in Brussels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the digitization and optimization of the HRIS, processes and related documentations/trainings with a strong focus on Data Quality & Security ;
• Proactively engage with colleagues to capture their needs, understand processes and spot opportunities for improvement ;
• Lead and develop HR Data Quality Audits, analyze the data trends and quality, implementing a metrics based culture while increasing the efficiency of the HRIS system ;
• You think strategically and pragmatically, implementing safekeeping procedures when system changes have an impact on Data accuracy ;
• Coordinate and supervise roll out, enhancements, migrations, follow up implementations, test functionalities and ensure smooth operation within Workday ;
• You work closely with colleagues at central and subsidiaries levels, from HR, IT and Operations, and ensure clear communication and support within the organization.

Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, IT or equivalent through experience ;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in soft HR or HR projects ;
• You’re fluent in French and English ;
• Hands-on experience with an end-to-end implementation project is a plus ;
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and translate business needs into technical solutions ;
• Proven experience managing HR systems, knowledge of Workday (HRIS) is an advantage ;
• You are communicative, curious, pragmatic and solution oriented ;
• You have experience in translating HR needs into digital solutions within existing systems and you are comfortable with change and improvement.
