Project Manager

HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, a leading telecommunications and digital services provider, in their search for a freelance Project Manager Advisor Tooling. The candidate is expected to work full-time, with the office location in Mechelen.

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management

• Experience in large corporate or international environments

• Affinity with IT, CRM systems, advisor desktops, and AI tooling

• Strong stakeholder management skills and a helicopter view

• Hands-on mentality and ability to structure ambiguity

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Background in customer-facing sectors (telecom, energy, banking, etc.)

• Native-level Dutch (mandatory), professional proficiency in English

This is a strategic role within the customer operations domain, focused on optimizing the tooling landscape used by advisors to deliver fast, efficient, and personalized service. You’ll help shape the long-term roadmap, align cross-functional initiatives, and ensure coherence across platforms and teams.

This is a long-term freelance assignment starting on October 1st, 2025 and running until January 31st, 2026, with a possible extension until April 30th, 2026. The client offers a hybrid working model, combining office presence with remote flexibility.
