This role offers the opportunity to contribute to advanced embedded software projects within a dynamic engineering environment. Accountabilities

• Port existing embedded software code to new hardware architectures
• Implement software layer abstractions and integrate them with the current embedded system architecture
• Deliver high-quality, documented code using version control systems (Git)
• Participate actively in code review sessions and collaborate with the development team
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices within the embedded software environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to low-level protocols and system integration
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages
• Strong understanding of compilation processes and associated development tools
• Ability to read, understand, and refactor existing embedded code
• Familiarity with low-level protocols and hardware-software interactions
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and using terminal commands
• Several years of experience in embedded software development
• Autonomous, rigorous, and adaptable to technically demanding environments
