Network Support Engineer – Incident Management: Nantes (Hybrid): 12+ months contract

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer (Incident Management) for one of our large enterprise clients based in Nantes, France.

• Location: Nantes, France (Hybrid – 2 days remote per week)
• Type: Contract
• Duration: 12+ months (renewable)
• Language: Fluent English OR French

Expected expertise:

We are looking for a profile focused on incident management, with the ability to take ownership of tickets (including complex cases), perform backlog review, dispatch, reprioritization, and propose improvements or automation. Experience with network technologies (Juniper, Palo Alto, Extreme, F5, Zscaler, MPLS, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Telephony) is expected.
