Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (all genders) to join our "Tech Portal Core" team. Contribute to building and extend our next generation Tech Portal, the central place for our engineers, managers and leaders to discover information and automate tasks. If you are a creative problem solver who is eager to deliver solutions and hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!

• You will build our Tech Portal and associated automations to help all the tech people in Delivery Hero to access key information necessary to their daily work and to automate tasks.
• You will be tasked with both frontend and backend tasks depending on the team needs.
• Collaborate on other projects with other DeliveryHero teams, like CI/CD systems, infrastructure, data, ML and more.
• You will aim to have a good understanding of our internal engineers and managers problems to ensure we solve them more effectively, and faster.
  
  

Qualifications

• Working experience with Typescript, React, OpenAPI, Golang and Databases.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• You write unit, behavior and integration tests for current and new scenarios with clean and well documented code.
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, fault-tolerant, agile environment on cross-functional teams.
• You love to learn and constantly improve your own skills, and are not afraid to jump into new things.
• Improve the user experience of existing solutions by being data-driven, analyze the impact of features, make hypotheses and implement new solutions.
• You are running, maintaining & deploying your own code to production.
• Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership for them beyond deployment.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience working with AWS, Google Cloud Platform or other cloud providers
• Experience working with BigQuery
• Experience working with NodeJS or Python
• Experience with agentic assistants and ML powered applications
• Good understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectural patterns, troubleshooting methods and best practices.
